Excellent Tennis Center. The surface of the courts is excellent, the tennis pros are excellent, the administrative personnel is excellent. I travel a lot and every time I travel I try to bring my racquets. I can say that this is one of the best tennis centers I’ve ever been.

Great tennis center. It has clean courts and facilities. It is nice that they provide tennis group clinics. However, the clinics need to be better in terms of cost and coaches. It is $30 per 1.5 hrs but there are too many students per court. 8 people using one court is way too much. If you do a simple calculation it ends up $160/hr with one coach. I think it is overpriced to the quality of clinic that offers. Some lessons that I took, the coaches did not care much about the hitting. They just feed balls and let the students do most of it. Also, wanted to add that the round robin costs too much as well. Most of the round robins around ATL area cost $10 for two hours (Dunwoody tc, Blackburn tc). Same in terms of time but $40 is just too much.

The courts are very rarely open to use. If you’re not part of the lessons or drills, you can only reserve 3 days in advance and there is never a court available between the hours of 5-8. Don’t recommend using this as your home court for flex leagues.

Well-maintained and well-lit courts surrounded by a beautiful park with trails. Stadium seating and a cute club house. Fun, community feel. My only issue is that many of the courts are taped up with pickle ball lines, which are distracting. Perhaps Agape is pivoting to pickle ball as its cash cow.

Great public tennis facility. Can sometimes be a bit difficult to get a court on short notice with teams and clinics. Friday nights are the best times to get courts.

Probably the worst tennis facility in the Atlanta Metro. No online booking (unlike Bitsy, Piedmont etc) so you have to call in which is unbelivably outdated. Ive called and had a partner show up and they said they didnt take my booking because I spoke too fast. Pickleball lines on every court and they seem to be abandoning tennis in general. Pickleball players were allowed to play past 9 when tennis players are told to leave. Sad that this area of DeKalb lacks a premier tennis facility.

(Disclaimer: I’m a pickleball coach here) I’ve not been with Agape (organization that runs DTC) for very long but I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my time there so far. I’ve yet to meet a single player or coach who wasn’t passionate about what they do and very considerate and caring for others. There is incredible competition and extremely good vibes all around. I would 100% recommend checking out the courts and meeting some awesome people here :)
